Abstract

This study analyzes the choice of the President of the Republic to form a coalition government, figure introduced in the Mexican legal system with the constitutional reform in political and electoral matters on February 10th of two thousand fourteen; so the alleged viability of this new change in the form of government will be addressed, beyond its mere inclusion in the Constitution.
