Abstract

The liability of the State, besides its doctrinal interest, offers the lure of novelty, because it is an area in which there have been major innovations in our legal system and in recent times. For these reasons, the present study shows, the main features of the liability of the State regime in the context of recent developments in the Mexican administrative law.
