Abstract

Conflict resolution in consumer relations, is the day to day of the consumer population. We are subjected to the constant exchange of goods and services and some operations sprout disputes between consumers and suppliers that most stay only in the experience of the affected , others are initiated in the courts, that when they are already installed at every stage, produces dissatisfaction of the disputing parties, as they absorb the delinquencies in the resolution, overloading of the courts and therefore costs, of all that is generated in the population a feeling of profound lack of credibility to the institutions that administer justice. The aim with this study is to present a current perspective of modern conflict resolution through mediation as an effective way to reach agreements that are viable application and satisfaction of the consumer society in their claims.
