Abstract

The migrants always have suffered a lot of abuse for national and foreign authorities. I think that it is a problem about lack of rights because that kind of person doesn't have a legal defense, the condition of illegal person is cause of so much problems with the justice, and due process of law is a principal right that can help this person about his essential rights.
