Abstract

The author of a crime is the person who carries out the criminal offense, dominating the execution, which he can carry out himself (direct or immediate authorship), jointly in agreement with others (co-authorship) or through others (mediate authorship). Objective imputation must be extended as the judgment that allows the legal imputation of the realization of the objective part of the type to its material execution.
