Abstract

Statistics in the USA significantly demonstrate the violation of women's rights in a tangible and precise way, and it is important to clarify that a violation of rights in general can be the reason for many negative situations, from work to socially speaking, the important role obtained from women is that a woman is a precious being but sometimes she is the most vulnerable in terms of the abuse of her powers in terms of hierarchies and work. Likewise, the power of women throughout history has been so impactful that it can make us currently have what we have today, the historical fact or the scientific advances that have also predominated the female role little by little from the power to study and have a job to precisely awards that other women have won thanks to their knowledge.
