THE DESLEGITIMACTION OF THE RIGHT LIKE POLITICAL PRODUCT

Abstract

This article reflects an analysis of the democratic legitimization of law, which has been essentially based like a political product. Sets out the theoretical positions that through the history of political and legal thoughts have supported the argument that the law produced by the bodies of political representation is fully legitimized. The same way at the end of the article, it reveals the lack of validity of the law, when this has no real social support, which would give a real legitimacy.
