Abstract

The scientific juridical knowledge is constructed from the application of a methodological integral strategy constituted by the general methods of the sciences: hypothetical, deductive and the scientific; the relatives to the law, the determined by the paradigms that in the field of the juridical knowledge have been systematized, defined by the branch of the law that has to constitute in the object of study of the design of investigation proposed, and the modals to the knowledge systematized in schools and dogmatic currents, product of his theoretical and methodological boarding in the levels ontological, axiologic, gnoseologic, teleological, and sociologically or materialistic.
