Abstract

The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in Mexico ruled that the organs of the Judicial Power of the Federation in Mexico are not entitled to exercise a control of conventionality over rules governing the process of origin. In this paper I will explain the reasons why such a decision constitutes a retrogression to the constitutional reform of June 10, 2011, because is a limitation to the federal judiciary to order the non-application of the norms contrary to the human rights.
