VULNERABILITY OF LEGAL AND INSTITUTIONAL UNDOCUMENTED MIGRANTS IN TRANSIT IN MEXICO

The vulnerability that immigrants in transit through Mexico are exposed to when they try to reach the United States of America; vulnerability that throws migrants into hiding and exposes them to the risks of organized crime, which has made a strong business out of irregular migration. After analyzing irregular migration in transit through the country, the study of the due process is made, as a legitimate right, that under the Constitution, belongs to irregular migrants in transit through Mexico and which contains a procedural legal principle for the migrant consisting of obligations of state bodies to fulfill a set of requirements before performing actions that could affect the legal rights of migrants.
