Abstract

Throughout this contribution, the threat posed by organized transnational crime for nation-states is pursued through analysis, as it does not respect national borders or sovereignty and has a negative impact on political, economic and social systems, while at the same time to put to the consideration of the reader an heterodox proposal for its combat.
