Abstract

The granting of the power of initiative to the Judicial Power of the Federation is a necessary element paid to consolidating Mexico as a democratic state. The legitimacy of the institutions and bodies of the state depends significantly on the system of checks and balances and to ensure that real and effective, it is necessary to strengthen the judiciary as a State organ, because it is minimized as far as power is concerned.
