THE MEXICAN POLICEMEN LABOUR HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract

This paper is an analysis about some of the constitution characteristics, and then reaches to a study about the Human Rights in the Constitution and the Human Rights in the International Instruments developing an special emphasis about the Labour Human Rights, then, this article establish the situation among them and the policemen, finally it get to the role that Court is playing about policemen Human Rights.
