Abstract

His essay will analyze the pronouncements of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and Collegiate Circuit Courts on the interpretative work and jurisdictional action of the Judiciary of the Federation before the figure of labor harassment of gender before the gaps of the norms Substantive, labor-related, and that must be resolved with a gender perspective, even if it is not requested in the light of international human rights obligations regarding equality and non-discrimination.
