NATIONAL SYSTEMS OF TRANSPARENCY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION. MEXICAN MODELS FOR EXERCISING THE PUBLIC POWER WITHOUT OPACITY AND WITHOUT "TREATMENT IN THE DARK"

Abstract

Transparency and anti-corruption efforts are two issues that have required the attention of the Mexican authorities. The issue is especially important given the large amounts of opacity in the management of public resources and the corruption that prevails throughout the country. Due to the above, we have tried to describe what has been done in an effort to create greater transparency and combat corruption in order to pursue an exercise of public authority without opacity and without "deals in the dark."
