Abstract

This document aims to promote the development of civic awareness through Prenatal Education, aimed at both men and women -from a gender perspective-, especially at the basic secondary level, which in addition to being mandatory in Mexico, is the biological stage in which the youth begins its reproductive cycle.

The foregoing, through the normative addition in article 3 and 4 of the Constitution of the United Mexican States and article 26 and 30 of the General Law of Education so that it is recognized as a duty on the part of the State, to offer the information, but that Prenatal Education is also included in the educational programs.
