Abstract

In this article we will analyze the constant abuse suffered by consumers of digital transport platforms, the constant attacks that occur due to the lack of regulation of these platforms and the lack of mechanisms and tools that allow a guarantee of those rights. fundamental that are violated while using these applications, which as a result of the post-pandemic have come in an exponential growth in which millions of people around the world make a constant flow of them, where day by day they are exposed to all the risks that come with using them. We will address the importance of these applications in this contemporary age and what these risk factors can be that put their users in vulnerability, in the same way we will present real cases of users who have suffered these types of harassment in order to imply that it is a real problem that over time occurs more frequently.
