Abstract

Education is a Fundamental Right in the development of the human being, the State has the duty to guarantee its excellence, with respect to education in democracy, the participation of political parties becomes important, especially if in accordance with the regulations inherent in Peru, These have the obligatory observance objective of carrying out education, training, training activities that allow promoting civic spirit and democracy as cultural patterns that generate a citizenry in a condition to develop in the social and professional environment.
