Abstract

In this study we propose to conceptually delimit the undercover agent and analyse within the criminal procedural system its fit, its nature and its application projection within the Spanish criminal procedure. However, this research would be mutilated if the consequences for the State Security Forces and Corps, and in particular the Judicial Police, of the use of this figure were not analysed in the same way.
