Abstract

This article, following a descriptive methodology, analyzes the variables inherent in indigenous peace circle models, the ideological patterns that underlie them, their customary law schemes, and their development mechanics, in order to gain a gnoseological insight into their legal and meta-legal nature and to understand why these customary institutions have endured over time, maintaining an anthropocentric approach centered on human rights.
