Abstract

This research exposes the organization of the public ministry in the new Mexican criminal justice system, highlighting its functions and the challenges it faces today, concluding that the public prosecutor does not have total legal autonomy, since their functions may be manipulated by the superiors, this is an obstacle to combating corruption.
